'Deal with sb' its mean that to take appropriate action in a particular situation or according to who you are talking to, managing, etc. For example:She is used to dealing with all kinds of people in her job.

And 'hang about' means that to wait or stay near a place, not doing very much. For example:kids hanging about in the streets. Thats mean the kids are walking on the streets doin' nth.

At last, 'hard on' means that to treat or criticize somebody in a very severe or strict way. For example:Don't be too hard on him─he's very young.
