我下介月就準備見移民官,唔知有咩要注意呢,是否14歲以下,小朋友不用同行,
i-864是否不用帶去,因為是年年報沒有漏報,
同時如果帶埋剛14小朋友佢地會問佢咩,我真係好想知,為學業?
我是老人家申請,兄長填i-864 ,個官問得多唔多,會問多久.
同時如果有家人,某個洲不準入境,而搵在法官,後來入左境後再自動放棄綠咭,再重新一家人申請,會唔會問返轉頭,

1. Your 14-years-old does not need to come. But I will say bring her anyway (as you don't have to rely someone to take care of her.2. If you have submitted your I-864 or similar, you are not required to do so. However, if you have copies, bring them anyway just in case.
3. They don't really care. You are here to immigrate. So this is your sole purpose. The interview concerns about your relationship with the sponsor as well as your information you have provided in the application.
4. They don't care.
5. A state has no control of immigration. So it must be done by U.S. Government. And the answer is yes.

以我所知任何人申請移民美國一定要親身去見領事.因為領事要見過你本人,叫做基本上認識你.面試中會與你們對話,問一些簡單問題,例如為何移民美國之類.只為學業就好似難D,因為你可以淨係申請學生簽證送兒童去讀書.另外如果家人被某個州拒絕入境,會對申請有影響,放棄了綠卡更加是大事.因此都會影響到成功機會.
