經香港轉機的外國人能否在空檔時間出境呢？

持日本護照入境香港是免簽證的，所以轉機旅客只要應為時間許可，是可以自由出入境的。

(1) Subject to Visa requirement. I dunno whether Japnese passport holders requires one or not. Just check with IMMD.

(2) Subject to airtix reuqirement. Certain airtix doesn't allow.

(3) Subject to time constraint. 8 hrs... not short and not long. Plan ahead.
