如何快速進修英文

單靠圖書不能快速地令英文進步

你現在中三, 學校英文堂主要都是教文法吧

我建議你複習文法, 多做練習, 打好基礎,

看圖書只是輔助性質的, 一時三刻不會見效。

但在閒時看看英文書也無妨 :)

因為不知道你喜歡看哪類的書, 我就隨便舉一些我喜歡看的吧!

科幻類
1. Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone
作者: J.K. Rowling

(不要被書的厚度嚇怕, 其實作者沒有用太多深字, 如果你喜歡harry potter電影, 一定要看書啊!! 自己就覺得第四至七本最好看)


喜劇類
2. Can you keep a secret
作者: Sophie Kinsella

(很好笑的書啊! Sophie其他的書也很好看)

懸疑/科幻類

3. The listeners
作者: Christopher Pike

(是我在中三時侯接觸的作者, 書的內容很刺激, 簿簿的一本, 很快看完! 中央圖書館有很多Christopher的書)

*Reading: Practice skimming on articles
較淺的: South China Morning Post
較深的: The Times, Scientific American(more science-oriented)

*Listening: Watch more films and TV programmes
較淺的: Youtube National Geographic clips are great, pronunciation is very clear
較深的: Films

*Oral: Practice speaking more. Read the words aloud as you read articles and books.

*Writing: Write an essay every few days.
較淺的: Practice writing on TOEFL topics
較深的: Practice writing reflections and commentaries on news and global issues.

Practice especially on oral. Speaking helps you improve English effectively.

i don't read much english books that it is one of my bad habit..but i love listening to western music. esp. MICHAEL JACKSON! You can learn a variety of vocabularies from the lyrics that they help you to express your self-emotion and get better english pronounciation.
