多謝susanlau知識長的意見，我上網找到一些補充如下:

關於引號的用法，中國大陸的出版書籍，現今都通用橫向的排版方式，有留意到他們都已經不用「」這個引號了嗎？取而代之用上「“”」這類型的引號，而雙引號就用「‘’」。至於香港的書籍，近年亦有直排書籍用「」，而橫排書籍用“”的趨向。

雖然傳統中文是用方形的開引號和關引號, 當今大陸中文己經改用 " ". 所以不能說中文不用 " ".
