1) According to your situation, I would suggest studying high school in USA since the education system in USA are totally different from education system in HK. Here are the advantages of high schools [secondary school senior sections in Hongkong and USA

Hongkong:

advantage:
- the level of difficulty of hongkong education are way higher than US education. hongkong's senior section is learning pre-university level of education
- each class you will spend more years to deal with

disadvantage:
- too difficult to get into university as the HKEAA is trying to make high school students will learn university level's education
- hongkong and some asian countries are more into developing one or two professionals. so you do not have much chance to take another subject or take both science + art +commerce together

USA:

advantage:
- you can choose subjects that you are interested. the flexibility is very high in high school in USA
- you only spend one semester [5-6 months] to finish one course
- the difficulty tends to be lower

disadvantage:
- it is quite hard to gain professional knowledges as you only study one course for around 5months
- high school education in US is not standardized
- the study environment tends not to be rich as high school normally focuses on students' extra curricular activities

BUT IF YOU ARE THINKING OF STUDYING IN CC N UNIVERSITY IN USA, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU STUDYING HIGH SCHOOLS IN USA TO GET USED TO THEIR EDUCATION SYSTEM

2) i think 2011 grade 11 would be better for you as grade 10 would be too slightly easy for you. it would be better to save $ for next year n college life

Finish your high school in Hong Kong, and then community college will be the best for you.

The reasons:

1. You can't get any public high school to admit you. (I assume you are not a U.S. person).

2. The cost of private high school is about the same as community colleges.

3. You may end up at community colleges regardless which way you choose.
