I have a BVI company. Shareholders are myself and ABC Company. 2 year ago, ABC signed all the documents for transferring all shares to me. Unfortunately, I lost the documents. ABC has dissolved a year ago. What should I do to make the share transfer effective now?

Normally all the document have to put at the place that report to the BVI agent at the begining.That is complex, but if you know how to find the secretary firm, like a business centre, then everything will become easy.
Suggested that consult the business centre that profession on the law of BVI company and company ordianance as well
