Dicky has( not have!!) watched a concert.凡句子中有have, 動詞(verb)則成為p.p.
e.g. I have had a lunch.
He has won the match.
They have drunk some milk.
而have則是現在完成式(Present particple)
had則是過去完成式(Past particple)
e.g.He had killed a people at 9 last night.

It is better to say:
He killed a person at 9 last night.
People 是 plural. Person 是 singular.
用 simple past tense 較適合.
