1.Reduce 減少使用 - 減少甚至不買一些「無謂」的東西。
2.Reuse 重複使用 - 盡量廢物利用或物盡其用。
3.Recycle 循環再用 - 若物件破爛了，可考慮循環再用。
4.Replace 替代使用 - 以手巾取代紙巾，乘搭公共交通工具替代私家車。
