本人要出 1 封英文投訴信給維修電腦公司 , 投訴由 7 月1 日開始至今天成 1 個月 香港 收 email 和發 email 仍然有問題 從沒有改善 令本公司造成損失 和不方便 這一些損失是否由電腦公司負責 本人十分不高興 希望能夠認真解決問題 不再拖延

Dear Customer Service Manager,

Letter of Complaint for Failure of Email Service

Regarding the unavailibility of the Email system of our Hong Kong Office, we are totally disappointed to the service attitude & your capability of enforcing the committed service level. Since we had placed our first call in 1st July 2010, there is no significant improvement in the sending & receiving function in the sending & receiving function for Email service within these 2 months. It has caused serious impact to our business as well as our routine operations.

We do reserved the rights to claim for any direct or indirect loss that suffered from the captioned incident. Please take immediate action to fix the problem in order to restore our confidence to your company.
