我晚晚都訓唔著,成日諗野諗到訓唔著,有時諗d唔開心恐怖又負面既野,我升中一柞,好辛苦,唔該幫我諗下解決方法,晚晚都唔到

未發生的事吾好去諗 / 吾好去驚 ,

人凡事只要有準備 , 去決心解決問題就可以 !

因你驚 , 可以出黎結果系好 ,

甘你之前驚同擔心 = 多餘 !

驚亦吾驚甘多 ,

要發生的事 , 遲早都會發生 ,

所以有解決 / 對面問題的心就可以 .

訓前 :

1) 沖過熱水良

2) 飲熱蘚奶

3) 聽 d 舒情 music

我可以話晚晚都係訓唔著,一樣係唸野唸到錯哂既人黎。
不過我想話你聽,我大你好多好多~其實根本就唔需要咩
解決方法~你而家先咁細個~有咩事你需要去唸呢?你而家
就係要開開心心咁成長~你唸埋咁多恐怖負面野又點?
唸完你會發撻呀?對你完全冇幫助既野你就唔好再做啦!
開開心心咁面對每日會發生既事仲好啦~祝你唸得通啦~~

我吾系大你好多我都試過甘!如果我碌佐好耐都訓吾到,我會迫自己諗住要放鬆,幻想自己灘佐系水上面or識慢慢郁既野(e.g船or車),慢慢腦海就會一片空白,自自然然就訓得著,有時我會聽住歌訓,幾work咖!

p.s.當你諗負面野個陣你可以諗返一d開心既事,甘樣就會令自己鎮定d,平時可以做下運動發洩下,出去玩多d,娛樂下做多d開心既事,個人開心自然吾會成日諗負面野拉^^!

你可以係訓前3-4個中做下運動..跑步..跳繩..令自己出汗..將煩惱唔開心好似D汗咁排走...
同埋搵學校社工傾下...搵個問題出黎...然後解決左去...
放假去玩下...令自己記得D開心野多過D唔開心...咁你應該會舒服D^^

訓唔著試下諗住一張白紙,放到最大,令腦海一片白色
慢慢就會訓到
