菲律賓police force點解唔考慮找狙擊手開槍制服槍手
就算警方無"士拉扒"(sniper 狙擊手之意)，軍方都應該有喇掛!
一槍麻醉槍，or射手射腳，都已經可以控制大局啦，點解都仲要勞師動眾，

They did have sniper standby but they can't use it, the hostage taker have not kill anyone yet when the police had a good shot at him (Namely when he release that old man and when he peak out from window)

Why? Cos there are no reason to, they are police, not judge, they cannot just shoot the guy and get it over with, they (the police) cannot sign death warrant like that. Not until that guy did something stupid, like killing an hostage or hurting one.

I know, you may find it crazy, that guy most definitely will kill the hostage (and he did) but by then, he show himself when he is "releasing a hostage" not shooting one, police hand a tied by their procedure, they can't do anything about it, you can ask any police officer in any country, they will tell you the same thing

麻醉槍唔會立刻生效,槍手仲有時間殺人質。

警方有出動SNIPER
但明顯把握不到下午時分最好的機會
因為槍手當時沒犯明顯的死罪(例:殺人)
如果那時候直接殺死槍手可能會招來社會間不滿的言論

馬尼拉警方應該把握當時的機會
衝前制服槍手
而不是狙擊手殺死槍手

因為佢哋係另類冷血狙擊手 , 係繞埋雙手睇住人被狙擊 , 同埋佢哋要等到車上最後既菲律賓籍同胞走出後 , 先做吓大龍鳳應酬吓d香港熱血人仕睇 !
