Comment:
The format: mind doing something or mind somebody doing something.
Mind to work, mind to read, mind to take, mind to answer etc.… are wrong.

4.My brother doesn't mind working night shifts

Intend is followed by to (infinitive) most of the time. In British English, you sometimes see this format, intend + verb-ing e.g. I don’t intend staying long.

In the above exercise, the word “unfit” as an adjective means "not in a good physical condition".
