4/3(x-1/2)(x+3)=0
3)
L1 : 2x+6y-11=0
y= -1/3x+11/6
slope of L1 : -1/3
L2 :21x-7y+k=0
y=3x+k/3
slope of L2 : 3
because slope of L1 * slope of L2 = -1 ,
L1 perpendicular to L2 for all values of k
