Are you an Australian Citizens or Permanent Resident?

There are no way for you to study Part time inside Australian University (On campus) unless you are an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.

There are only 3 category an Australian Institute can enrol you in, that is
CSP -Commonealth Support Place student Local Full Fee - Australian Citizens/PR paying full fare International Full Fee - International Student
For 1 and 2, you need to be able to show PR/Citizenship evidence in order to enrol in those student place

For 3, you will need a Prism Form and Student Visa as per Cricos Requirment (as International Student place need to pay insurance to commonwealth government, YOU MUST HAVE APPORIATE VISA to study as an international Student.

Even if you have a working visa *subclass 457 or any other working visa" you can only study at most 6 months using working visa (Non Cricos Course)

For Cricos Course, you will need to apply for a student visa for it under Cricos and Internation Student act.

In your case, you can still study in Australia but it would have to be via Distant Education or Correspondent Course. Which offered in most Australian University
