關於澳洲 working visa 年期問題

如果申請了澳洲 working visa ，然後因為香港有事 ... 只去了2個月，就返香港了。那可不可以在下年 (不是同一年) 再去過/再申請過?

Baiscally, you cannot. As WHMV are only issued Once and you have to finish all travel within 1 year you uses the visa, once you used it, wether or not you actually stay is not in concern, when you first started using the visa, it start the clock and the clock run to 1 year, you must go home and you cannot apply for another WHMV unless you have wordedon Seasonal Work.

That being said, if your absent is unforeseenable or uncontrolable matter (such as serious illness offamily member) you can apply for a waiver for second WHMV.

Yes, you can re-apply in the following year.
The validity of WHV is one year (the longest), of course you can stay only 2 months.
