陪讀簽證及defacto證明

First of all, i want you to know, what you are asking here is to assess your case, which no one will do it here as it is only a free forum, if you want a professional assessment, you need to bring your case to an Immigration Agent. I will not tell you what to do here, but i will provide situation with general cirsumstance for you to reference.

1.) Form 1022 is for people who fill in when they change their circumstance BEFORE their visa have a decision on it, if you are not applying any visa and you are in Australia, you do not need to fill in 1022. Or will 1022 be able to demostrate that you and your BF are in defacto relationship.

2.) Every document you can get is a sort of proof to the relationship, but remember, there are 1 big thing (Rental Contract) and several small thing that you need to proof the relationship, yours is a small thing.

3.) Well, with that and your residental address with any utitility bill, it only proof that you and his sister are living together.....

4.) It does not mean you are defacto in term of DIAC concern.

5.) All of them are small proof of the relationship, you need THE BIG PROOF that is the evidence that you two are living together. Not only that, you need to show that you two are currently AND CONTINUALLY living together on a permanent basis, that mean you two must either purchase a properties or rent a properties together.

Finally, i will give you 2 free tips

1.) You cannot apply for Dependent Visa -Partner if you are holding a student visa, the only one who can apply for it is your family member Defacto member is not yet your familymember.

2.) You need to be able to show that your relationship are CURRENT and CONTINUAL, what you said you have only enough to satisified the first part, you need to find something to demostrate that your relation is continual.
