法律上一人能否同時使用兩個名字

如果一個人擁有多於一個名字
可以登在身份證上的名字的數量上限是多少？

You can only have 1 official name, you can change your name to something else, but officially you don't get to keep the changed name unless you obtained a court document also know as Deed Poll.

If you do not change it using deed poll, then your name are said to be a false name, street name or stage name. In police term, that name is your A-K-A-S or alias.

But when you are dealing with court or government with official business. Your official name (Deed name) is used.

But dealing with everything else, as long asyou can provide enough evidence that you are that person, no one care about what you call or what you want to be called.
