由於當時CASH不夠,他們要求我填VISA/MASTER FORM然後在三星期內寄返去..我於第3日就已經寄了. 3個星期後也平安離開回香港

You had 21 days to pay your fine, then you will receive a fine reminder , if you still haven't pay your fine 21 days after the reminder notice, you will be put to enforcement (mean they will charge you $50 enforcement fee).

If after the Enforcement notice and you still haven't pay the fine, you will receive a Cancellation notice (another $50 penality + cancellation of any Governmental Business with you)

After the expiry of Cancellation notice (1 year or so from the enforcement notice) you will get Community Service Order to pay off the fine, after that, you are going to jail.

由於在外國讀書關係,一直並沒有查看VISA STATEMENT,直到上個月才發現$200AUD 並沒有過數. 不知道原因是什麼,但我媽媽說可能會寄失..

問題是我12月會再去澳洲,我很擔心自己的HK PASSPORT會被BLACKLIST.

Not really sure how long you have been owing the money, so i don't know who's collecting it (You only need to pay it to the custom in the first 42 days, then debt recovery kicks in.

All i know is,you can just pay it when you are in Australia Border

我同時想知道, 如果我有BNO PASSPORT可不可以入境. 入境時他們又會不會發現HK PASSPORT 跟BNO PASSPORT是同一人呢

They WILL know, australian immigration uses the combination of Name + DOB + Nationality to check the identity of the people going thru border post.Even if you have a different passport, if you did not change your name, Date of birth or nationality, they will know you are the same person.

When they do and you have a visa to australia, your visa will be cancelled by the DIAC and you will need to serve a 5 years ban from Australia, which will impact on your next visa application as well.

不知道這樣可不可以過關呢?

If you are outside Australia, you will be refused entry if you have an outstanding amount owing to Federal Government.

All you need to do is, just pay the fine AND THE PENALITY next time when you are in Australia Border Post, pay it on the spot then they will allow you in.

Well, just don't worry about it, it's not a big deal, i constantly forgot to pay parking fine or speeding fine and only come down to when the suspend my license, then i would pay it. They will not hold it against you.

And i like to say this, if you have not served the cancellation notice, they will not refuse your entry. Only if you are served cancellation notice (About 100 days from original offence) then they will refuse your entry.

你已經被澳洲海關 blacklisted 了，由於你犯了两兩項入境條例(不是嚴重刑事)， [1]沒有申報携帶食物，[2]沒有依時繳交定額說罰款。
此事只有2個後果，但不會至此被拒入境。你因為曾經被 blacklisted, 你下次入境檢查行李時，一定會被翻箱倒籠，連有條毛都checked過。再次是係你上次AUD$200定額罰款會再加額外罰款
(唔知你拖咗幾耐)。
但我勸你一句，你千祈千祈唔好用另外BNO入境，你可能博大霧博得到。但如果你又係咁黑仔，俾佢查出，咁唔好彩，你呢一世都唔使旨意再去澳洲，唔係嚇你，因為鬼佬最忌你呃佢，尤其是D華人，多數蠱蠱惑惑，佢地多帶有色眼式鏡睇你，唔衰攞嚟衰。
