何謂 (摸貨) ?

摸mor 貨 means the buyer, the 'confirmor', is onlybuying the property for speculation. Once there is a price gap, he will sellout the property for profit. He is not interested in buying the property forlong-term investment or for self-occupied.
So, there are a lot of buyers in the market with demands and hence will shootup the price as supply of property will not be increased in a short time. It isa principle of supply and demand. This is not a true picture but a misleadingissue stimulating more people to get in the property market for short-termprofit making. Thus, people in need of property for self-dwelling will pay for aninflated price or even lost the capability to buy a flat as the price issometime beyond his financial strength. People will then voice out and demandgovernment to give them an assistance by building more owner-occupied flat orlow-cost flat to them.
