貓貓的眼屎半糊狀,some are黏住眼仔, always流眼水, 和成日用手仔擦眼,

Actually, 流眼水 is normal to cats, but if your cat is continously 流眼水, I suggest you to see a vet, as there may be some hidden desease in your cat, eg, 眼膜炎..ya, or you can go to some pet stores and ask for 眼藥水. Coz, once, my cat's eyes also did 流眼水, and after I dropped some 眼藥水 to it, it's started to get well (:
For you second question: Maybe there are some 寄生蟲in your cat, you have to buy some medicine for it. Those medicine could be easily found in pet stores (:
