you should using PPS , it should be fastest to pay the charge !!!!!!!

1, Go to "Circle K" to check your PPS password if you forget it.
2, Dial 18013 to register the new invoice (your ISP invoice) on first time
3, Dial 18033 to pay the bill

It should only take 20min to complete.
