IT user acceptance test

For Information Technology (IT) project, the programmer will develop the program. It needs to test the functionality and error of the program. If the programmer perform these testing, this type of test is "unit test". Users also need to perform these testing. User acceptance test is user to test the functionality and to ensure the program is free from error. If the testing is okay, user will accept the function. This whole process calls "user acceptance test", ie. accept the function through the testing.

Workflow document is the document is processed through a process (called work flow). Work flow is the flow of work. For example, a bank process the credit card application. The document is the application form. Staff will process this document through the workflow system. The system will pass to next staff when completion of first process and then next step until the document has been processed.

User requirement is that user will provide the details of the system required. The requirement includes the screens of the system/function, input items of the screens, processing logic of the functions, output of the function.
Test plans are the plan for testing, it mentioned the approach, testing scope, data to be checked and the date for each tasks.

Test conditions (document) is the condition to be tested for checking error found of the program. Rejection cases is to check whether the function can reject the input error, incorrect value of the data, etc. Acceptance cases is to check whether the function can process the data normally.
