Have a question about SAT and its fee wavier?

According to the SAT website, you get 2 SAT test fees waived (I always thought it was one...but, apparently not). No, the fee waiver can NOT be used on a late registration, though they do allow an exception for that on the October test (presumably because of schools being out for hte summer when the deadlines are). There is no "Late test." Everyone takes a same or similar test regardless of what day they register for the test for that test session.
