There are certain bias under this case:
Amina Mariam Bokhary or her relatives can pay a good $$$ to hire a private doctor to write a medical record to prove that she is suffering from certain psychological sickness?? But she appears conscious most of the time. I think that doctor is under certain pressures to write such a report!! It is the first bias!! She can pay good $$$ to hire a good lawyer to defend her.So she is free from jail. It is another bias!!Slapping the police represent that she has good education? If she is really well educated, how comes she appears so rude and impolite?Again and again!!After the judgement, she even smiled that she is punished leniently because she isRICH!! She never show regretness and politeness!!So there's many unfair points of judgement and sentence under this case!!
The legal system of HK mostly seems to defend the rights and privileges of the rich,the big merchants, the powered, but not the ordinary people .

Sucn leniently sentence won't prevent her from doing the same wrong things again!!

I hope that the Transport Department won't grant her any driving licence anymore again!!!

Her driving attitude is too dangerous!! I don't want to be hit by her car in future!! I'm so afraid of her!!

咦! 咁我都可以打差佬啦, 都唔使坐監遮, 揾個poor guy醫生, 俾二萬幾銀佢, 寫個精神報告就搞掂洛.

佢清醒打人都可以免責, 咁點解我唔得?

跟據我個人對法律的認識, 即使有精神病, 都唔係一定可以對刑事罪行全免責, 除非當其時佢係完全控制唔到自已(即法律上所謂的自動症), 否則不能免全責, 我認為E單嘢真係判得好唔公平.

我真不希望香港的司法制度變成全不可信頼, 以前李國能就夠僵, 夠膽判政府輸, 只講理據, 點知阿能老兄佢一退休, 就變成咁樣, 好希望龍少(黃淫龍)想辦法解決, 社民連(毓民, 長毛..等等)努力向這個變質的法庭施壓, 奮戰到底.

本來我一向都以為追求一個合理公義的社會唔使好似社民連咁激, 但係自今次事件之後, 我終於都明白, 乜嘢叫做沒有抗爭, 哪有改變, 原來我們若不激烈抗爭, 就注定被那班無恥的商家, 有錢人, 高薪低能兼冇良心的高官虐待凌辱, 我終於大切大悟了, 所以我決定變節. 支持社民連, 一同為了社會良心和公義法理而奮戰.

唔使佢立即坐監都得, 先入去小攬檢查番3 5 7 日,睇睇精神狀況先再判都得... 唔好話我地唔體諒佢呀.... 關心到淋漓盡致啦....

說明了法律面前人人平等是一句空話!
