Sorry, the legal and social definition of marriage precludes incest. Incest is the oldest and most wide spread taboo. Legalize gay marriage if you want, just don't confuse the issue. If We were talking legalization of two homosexual people getting married, I wouldn't have an issue. Today, however, we would see a move towards more than two people (polygamy, etc.). That really isn't the definition of marriage, and we need to make another legally binding contract for those types of unions.

There is no such thing as same sex marriage that is lawful anywhere. It could only be called something different such as a civil ceremony as marriage is a religious sanctification under G-d between man and woman and it would almost certainly be religious discrimination to have same sex union labelled as marriage.

As far as "legal" and "legalizing" is concerned you have to understand that there are plenty of things that are already "legal" but they are certainly not "lawful" there is a huge difference. The murder of unborn babies is legal in many nations, but its certainly not lawful and is another major sin and against G-ds commandments and the teachings of Jesus.
