Ripping my hard earned money?

2010-08-05 2:58 am
I save every dime and penny that I have, and I look for discount and coupons all the time to save some bucks. I'm not a big spender, and I only spend on necessities. I just can't believe that people or institutions out there can easily rip my hard earned and saved money. What's the point for me to spend so much time in managing my finance?

I am not sure I understand your question here. I am presuming you are probably talking about the fees and charges that your bank/mutual fund/credit card company, etc,. are slapping on you.

I would say these are conscious decisions taken by you(When you decided to take their service after agreeing to their terms and conditions - with or without reading it) and no one could be blamed for the same.

and your QUESTION is?

If you save, great, not many do. You need to decide where to invest. We are headed for some serious problems in the next couple years.

I foresee a hard ride ahead, investing in banks, stocks, may be good 10 years ago, but today, gold may be the best place to put your long term savings.

Your question doesn't make sense. Did you put that money in a mutual fund and you are complaining about the management fee that they charge to make your investment grow?

The point of managing your finances is to avoid getting ripped off.
