If you are from the Science stream in secondary school, Civil Engineering is nothing difficult as long as you can master Mathematics and Physics well. But if you are from the Arts stream, you may have difficulties in Construction Science, Structural Engineering, Structural Analysis and those other subjects that require a good understanding of Physics and Mathematics concepts. Arts stream students are advised to take the IVE HD in Surveying instead.
