I write to inform you that I have to withdraw from school because I had to further my study overseas. Moreover, I would like to have my titution fee refunded at your earliest convenient.

Because myself must arrive at other places to enter a higher school, must therefore leave school and hope that returns has invited the school expense.

I will go on my education overseas, so I am going to do the drop-out procedures. Also, I hope the tuition fee paid could be refunded. Thanks.
