雖然中文原句本身文法都好有問題。英文的tense(present)已經表達你所說「現在」這個詞，所以不用特登加些now等字，否則會變成進行式，意思變為「生存的意義在失去當中...」就不是你的意思吧。因為你的意思是，當你說出這句時已經發覺生存意義失去了。
