Assent 等如 Consent，即解作「同意」。

代價是零的意思是財產或物業無條件轉贈給現在的擁有者或業主。

Executor 的中文是「遺囑執行人」，負責按照有法律效力的遺囑的指示處理和分配死者〔即立遺囑的人〕的遺產。

Administrator 的中文是「遺產管理人」，是當：〔1〕死者沒有留下遺囑；或〔2〕遺囑因不符合法定要求而無法律效力；或〔3〕遺囑執行人沒有能力或不願意執行有關遺囑時，法庭就會委任「遺產管理人」按照相關的法律規則處理和分配死者的遺產。

遺囑執行人和遺產管理人的身分都必需得到法庭的認可才可按上述情況處理和分配遺產。

對了。

Assent 是在死者的代表將指定的財產轉移給指定受益人時所使用的文件。

Deed of gift 是贈送禮物的契約。在法律原則上，違反無條件轉讓財產〔可理解為送禮物〕的承諾是不能透過法庭追討的。如該承諾以符合法定要求的契約作實，那就可以透過法律途徑追討。

例如：A 口頭應承將他手腕上的錶送給 B，但 A 最終反悔，B 是不能以法律途徑向 A 追討那只手錶的。但如果 A 已用書面形式訂立了符合法定要求的契約，承諾將該手錶送給 B 但最終反悔，那 B 就可以採取法律行動追討那只手錶。

所以，deed of gift 可用於受益人向在世的財產送贈日人追討有關的財產。

When a person died, his estates will then be pasted to a person to handle it.If a person died with a will 遺囑, an executor will then be appointed to handle theestates. If there is no will being made, an administrator will has to beappointed by the family members of the deceased person to handle the estates.

If there is an assignment of property from a person to another withoutconsideration, this may be the property being transferred from the deceased tohis nominated person, e.g. wife, son etc. either under a will or not butwithout money in return ( zero dollar )
