Get someone to help you with applying this on your back.
You could make some oatmeal like you normally would to eat it. And then buy some natural yogurt[flavorless would work best]. Mix these up together in a bowl. Squeeze a bit of lemons [the more lemon, the more it stings, but it helps]. Add some sugar, and some salt. [I know, just try it.] And then last of all in this recipe, put some green tea in the mix. Not too much or it'll be too liquidy.
Mix it all up in the bowl.
Get a spoon [use the back side] and dip it in the mixture. As I said, use the back side, to apply it on your back. Be sure to be lying on your front, with a shirt off. (Not perverted, it's to prevent a mess).
Once fully applied, leave the mixture on your back for 10-20 Minutes. Take the mixture off. And squeeze some oranges on your back and get someone to massage it on your skin. Rinse with water. Now, keep all the orange peels and lay them flat on your back. Wait for about 15 minutes. Remove the peels and rinse again with water.
Once completed, maybe finish off with some lotion with aloe vera in it. Or some Aloe Vera gel (I found some at Target for about a dollar).
