Upgrade notebook

Almost Impossible!
(1)All notebook computers m/b are made to fit the case, or vice versa. That means you cannot find another "better" "newer" mother board that fits your case.
(2)Very expensive to modify it to fit.
(3)No matter how expensive your old machine is, i.e. high end model, with today's technology, get the cheapest price notebook made today will out-perform your old machine.
(4)Depend on what causes your machine to run "slow", adding RAM sometimes can cure the slowliness, esp during start up. If you old machine has 256 or 512MB, it is the cheapest way to "upgrade" You can also do a ctrl-alt-del to call up the task manager, check the physical RAM and available amount.

Hey you can't add ram because it depends does it support and add more ram does make your computer load smoother, but you can say it's faster, but changing the mother board doesn't make any Sence because if you want to make your computerload faster I suggest you just add more rams but Don't touch the mother board, it's very ( so complicate so I can't really explain it) but I just Want to say was; just go to the mongkok and ask Them to help you check and see does or can add ram because I am not really agree you change themother board and a small hint to you is, your Computer is over 7 years, so I don't think they canFind a processor that fits you, the probability of it Was very low.
