Hey All You mothers I need your help/opinion?

ok i want your opninon on how to talk to my mom about the following
my mom is very controlling about wat i wear and its really starting to pis me off im sixteen and very sheltered i dont want to leave my household niave , she wont even let me pic my clothes to wear on our vacation, i dress very mature for my age not slutty at all and im tired of her making all the desecions about my clothes its ridiculous.
She also will not teach me how to do my own hair and every time i ask her to show me we always get in a fite and she always says no cuz it wont come out as pretty well im not expecting my hair to look like a model the first time I do it but she wont even let me try
another thing that irritates me is that she takes my money without asking and she always like well im the one who gave it to you but her taking my personal money is like me going into her wallet i just think is so rude , i dont care if she takes it bcuz she did give it to me but i think i at least deserve a heads up.

so how should i talk to my mother about these things i want honest opinions , am I feeling the rite way about these things or am i being a brat thanks for the comments and please excuse my spelling mistakes

I can understand your frustration. Maybe you can honestly tell you mom that you're sixteen now, you want to learn to be more independent, and that sometimes you would like to make your own decisions on doing things like your clothes, your hair..etc. I think as long as you are not dressing indecently, your mom would appreciate your honesty. Say these calmly and honestly. But when
your mom tried to pick clothes for you, don't lose control, just tell her that it looks like she has different taste as yours. Say something like " thank you for picking this outfit for me, but I prefer to
wear such and such. " after a while, your mom may learn to accept the fact that a 16 year old girl would like to dress in her own way. But I think your mom want you look the best, and that's why she offers all kinds of opinions. It's simply because she loves you. I know becaues I am a mom.
