Belly dance! I used to use a video called "Belly Dance for Fitness" and it was a great workout, and I felt so beautiful and I learned some really impressive-looking dance moves. It was great. I liked it so much I took a class later on, and I've never had better abs than when I was bellydancing. I also liked yoga.

Take a dance class you've never taken before. Like salsa. Or join an adult softball team.

But sooner or later, for most folks it all gets boring. I never get bored because I'm competitive and always strive to beat my previous record. In weight lifting, running or whatever. So these mini-goals keep me going foward.

The best way to work out without really noticing that you're working out is to do something that you really enjoy. This could be a sport, or any active hobby of yours. Since you will be enjoying yourself so much, you won't be thinking about the results of your activities. :)

Play a sport. Anything from basketball to ping pong will give you a decent work-out.
