求解答16條mc Grammar問題,要有埋解釋 20分~

1)make後面一定係bare-infinitive所以只有d對。
2)答案只有a。c一定不對因為to不是preposition所以不可跟ing，同內文冇關見到一定係錯。d是bare infinitive只有特別的詞如make才跟bare infinitive。b是adj也不太對。
3)mind後必是跟gerund，所以只有d對。
4)try後跟to infinitive只有a同c，但a 合理些，所以a
5)首先decide後必是跟to-infinitive。只有答案ab。但to-infinitive的negative form 是not to do sth，所以是答案a。然而ab前面的部份都對。
6)首先how後跟to do sth,所以只有bc。it is sth to do sth的句形用to-infinitive，所以是答案b
7)keep後跟gerund,只有bd。**tell 後跟to-finitive所以是答案d
8)hate後跟gerund，所以答案是c.
9let後跟bare-infinitive，所以d
10)advise can be taken gerund and -TO infinitive。但是因為有object所以跟to-infinitive.所以c
11)d,這樣的句形應該用to-infinitive.
12不可能係bc。應該係to be,答案係a.13avoid後跟gerund,所以係d.
14.it is no use doing sth.所以係d.
15.d looking forward to doing sth.一定係的。成日都會見到。
16.a,因為係過去的事，所以用gerund.

14 should be D crying. My friend said qustion 14 is a very common idom. It means that getting upset after something has gone wrong is pointless; it can't be changed so it should be accepted.

2)She is always the first to laugh and the last to cry- add to in front of the verb because the first part of sentence used present tesne already. For example, it IS hard TO believe that i failed the test.

3)Would you mind showing me how TO OPEN this gate?-it just sounds right. I mean, the sentence doesn't flow without to after how. In addition, "Would you mind" is part one of the sentence, (it is like, one verb, remember you don't change the verb tense after "would"?)

1.adding "ing"-I kept TELLING you that you were wrong
2.. adding "to"- For example, question 4. The mother tried TO pacify...

I asked my English tutor about no.15, and he agreed with me that the answer should be "receive"

My tutor IS an English teacher in high school in Ontario, Canada...
