I have to substitute H with the number 9, so it would become:
9= -2.604v^4 + 6.366v^3 - 0.0056v^2 + .2669v + .0079.
how to you work this out and get the answer 127 ?

0 = -2.604v^4 + 6.366v^3 - 0.0056v^2 + 0.2669v + 0.0079v = 1.5386959..., 2.0876648..., etc.
I didn't get 127, even when I used my calculator's solver.
