are -- 複數人稱時候用, They, we, 同埋 You

has == 單數人稱時候用, he / she / it.
have -- 複數人稱時候用 I , They, we, you.

如果係一個人名, 例如
1. john 就要用 is 或者 has, 因為係單數人稱o個個group.

如果係兩件死物, 就唔係單數, 係複數, 就要用雙數人稱o個個 group
two chairs are 或者 have

如果係一件死物
chair 就係要用 is 或者 has (因為chair 係一個, 而且係it)
