Q1 : All of us play this game.在這句的all是pron. 解我們全體(沒有人玩其他的.)Q2 : We all play this game. 在這句的all是adv.是形容完全玩這種遊戲.(我們不玩其他的.)

They mean the same thing and they are both correct.
all of us = we all
plural verb ---> play ( no "s")
The emphasis is "all" in the first sentence while in the second one, "we"
e.g. All of us like the new teacher. =
We all like the new teacher.
