這句子有沒有問題?各位有沒有business letter sample可以參考下?通常睇書學的比較formal, 日常email未必用得著喔!

雖然寫e-mail可以簡略,但基本文法或句法還是要保留的。你的句子沒有一個多餘的字,表達得有禮,亦從客戶角度講解,並提供跟進的渠道。我係客戶或是你上司就比100分給你。
