我司你一間貿易公司而我係船務文員, 事原是最近發覺大陸入艙費+什費事(local charge)好貴令到大陸vendor不斷出e-mail嚟要我向貨代投訴, 而我都有幫vendor向貨代追查情況及原因, 但各個貨代都有很多不知明或不理解的解說,然而終於老闆知到了,他對我解釋現在有很多客戶要求減價,但vendor這方面費用都好貴, 所以要我向每個貨代取得詳細收費表用於向客戶相商議轉用其他費用較低的貨代或拒絕減價理由。
請各位幫忙我應該點寫去要求取得詳細收費表! 最好中英都有,因為大部分都係大陸貨代。請幫幫忙吧! 謝謝!
