1) you can check the physical line and you sound card physical connection

2) check how many disk avaiable on your computer. C driver is most important. In general case, you should be at least 5% avaiable free disk space.

3) you can check the memory and CPU usage when the problem happen, in normal case, if the consumption is lower then 99% is okay

4) you can check when application are loading during the system hand.

5) you can check a standard windows sound player to ensure it is not s/w problem

6) are you viewing online movie? you better check the network and your ISP

如果很確實相在指定時間內當機的話,
相信是閣下的系統內程式與聲效卡的驅動程式發生沖突
建議先把聲效卡的驅動程式重新安網一次,
若不行, 把最近安裝的軟件先行移除再反覆嘗試。
