1) All contractors must submit a copy of their valid Employee Compensation Insurance policy which must comply with all statutory obligations


2) Should the Contractor be accepted to the List they must ensure the Employee Compensation Insurance policy includes and indemnity to Principal Clause(without exclusion of the Principal's negligence) if it does not already contain such cover.

3) If the Contractor engages sub-contractor the policy must extend to cover the empolyee's of such sub-constactors.


4) The Contractor shall fully indemnity ISS(nAME) for any liability,cost,expense,
compensation that may incur as a result of the failure of the Contractor to effect valid Empolyee's Compensation Insurance for the employees of the Contractor and its sub_contracto of any tiers.
