With my grades at the moment I have confidence to get A-B for two of my subjects, but the third one Maths I'm unsure of, and might get a C and this grade would affect me applying for Law school. Therefore I have decided to apply for both Law and business management courses for Uni, how do I write a good personal statement for these two? I know it'd be diffcult as these courses are unrelevant to each other..

wow, this will be tricky
law is competitive and you dont want to write anything in your personal statement that doesnt say im 100% commited to law. How competitive is business?

I applied for medicine and since you can only apply for 4, i used my 5th choice to apply to chemistry as a back up. i wrote my personal statement 100% for medicine and still got an offer for chemistry, but this was pretty risky. in the end it didnt matter because i got in for medicine. this is very common for medicine though, since you have the extra choice- so unis know exactly what you are doing.

You really need to think about this carefully, law is something you really have to commit to and so they arent going to want someone who wont even commit to writing their personal statement for law only. You need to think about whether you stand any chance of getting into business management with a personal statement that is aimed at law. You might want to discuss this with someone at school/college because personally i wouldnt reccoment mixing the two in your personal statement. this will probably kill any chance for law.

i grew to become into instructed to contain the two at the same time and that it could show my skill to coach my skills to the two matters, regardless of them being diverse. communicate approximately your skills and how they're going to learn you on the two classes. wish this facilitates Lauren x

Actually many major corporations would value the combination of a law and business management background. It combines the key skills of analysis, risk management, and business leadership that major companies look for in their senior executives.

In my company (Nokia), many of the senior executives, including the top executive (CEO) have law degrees.
