What makes you hire this person if he/she has no experience?

If there is a candidate who has no experience but really wants the job and has showen a strong interest, then what will make you, as the hiring manager, to give this person a shot of the position?

It would come down to more subjective things like good grooming, attitude, and communication skills. If I see those qualities, I'll give you a shot.
