In conversations, songs and poems, sometimes [ing] is shortened to [in'] for an easier flow, or for rhyming.

[Highs nd lows], or [ups and downs], when used to describe people's life or feelings, means [good things and bad things], [good times and hard times], [happiness and sadness] etc.

[Losing all your highs and lows] is like your life is "plain and boring", without "sweetness and bitterness", or without the excitement and the spices of life. That's probably what will happen if you try to avoid falling in love in fear of getting hurt.

I am=>I'm
going=>gonna

losin' is the short form of losing
in' = ing =簡寫法 (多用在歌詞或詩篇上)
highs and lows =大起大落

You're losing all your highs and lows. =
