我家人最近想在美國買入一個單位,經過律師樓的文件看是一切正常,
但是我還是不放心,請問有沒有人知道網上能不能做查冊,就好似香港的
土地註冊處一樣,如果有請提供網址,謝謝

答: 應該可以放心了。在商業社會中, 行業間, 往往分工精細, 既然由當地的律師完成房地產的審核程序, 就應該信賴他們的專業知識和操守。 另一方面, 查冊的工作, 除付出費用成本外, 亦非局外人可以除意操作的。筆者, 加國公民, 有購買房地產多次的經驗
