賣樓問題, 要否負責

我想問, 我層樓廚房熱水喉漏水, 現在cf 只把客廁個熱水爐入水喉蚊咗, 咁就無漏水啦! 現在客廁和廚房無熱水用, 咁樣賣樓有無問題(當然唔想比買家知)? 因我唔想維修, 因工程大 and 煩, 其實最差做明喉, 但唔想比人壓價, 如賣出後其實我要否負責(無同買家提出)?

我又想問, 如買家只落咗訂金, 之後發現有問題, 想唔買, (當時未完成交易), 他可否用呢個問題, 要我賠訂 & 要我比 agent 錢? 如果咁未好傷!!!!!!!!

更係你賠啦,宜家係你層樓有問題導致交易唔成
除非你簽臨約既時候有寫明呢個問題
如收樓前發現有任何問題,買家都有權踢契
好傷?如果比你呃左,果個人重傷呀

New Owner will check the flat before the purchase and confirm to buy it as it is .Once the flat is sold as it is , we do not need to be responsible for anythig.

你唔俾佢知咪得囉, .但係你有冇諗過下一手好慘... IF人地BUY 之前知. 就係你既問題.., 佢BUY 左之後就係佢既問題. 但係都係良心囉.
