jealous = 妒忌的 , 吃醋的
For instance : He was jealous of his friend's reputation. 他妒忌朋友的聲譽。
If other men spoke to her intimately he was immediately jealous.
一見到別的男人跟她親熱地交談,他便會醋勁大發。
