As most net-friends know I cannot type Chinese as I live in US.

This is how I will say in English about your situation:

Due to continuous raining in the past two weeks, water leaked into the warehouse. Part of the boxes were soaked (wet). We need time to change to new boxes.

Due to raining continuously in these two weeks, the boxes in the warehouse were affected and we need time to exchange the new ones.

As the rain continued nearly two weeks, there is a seepage of water, many boxes were wet seriously so we need time for a replacement of boxes.
